It's supposed to look more majestic, since she will be a representative of Kandrakar. So an official knight or rather Herold of Kandrakar. I sadly can't show you a picture of the white Herolds right now since the internet doesn't seem to know them but I do have several pictures of them at home from different issues. They never really played a role though so it's no wonder you didn't recognize them. They are soldiers in full body armor which is white with a golden belt and a golden decoration on their helmet. They also have petrol coloured stones and they wear long purplish/magenta cloaks. So the colour scheme is pretty much that of a White Herold along with some golden decorations and those stones and the cloak, but the clothes cut and the cloudy patterns plus the pink band around Orube's waist are her style. It's a hybrid between the two. Kind of like she was saying: "Sure I can be a White Herold. But only if I get to change the outfit so I can actually move in it."

If the goal was for a more majestic look, then goal accomplished. I did feel that was probably the way you were going because of the look and I do vaguely recall a conversation of Orube being a representative of Kandrakar. But while I felt it could be the case, I wasn't completely certain if that was the aim.
Plus really, I do have a few pics of Orube and some in normal clothing. Most of what I have of her is her in her warrior outfit. It takes a little getting used to, too see her in something else. Even the first time I saw her in normal clothes it was a bit surprising.
The description of the Herolds doesn't really help me much. But I do recall some group of guys that appeared in the spirit animal issue. Any chance that was them or are they a different group?
