All kinds of things I like for a reason and that don't have anything to do with the WITCH universe. And I'd like to start with.... My rabbit! That ladies around 11 years old now and still as fresh as a spring flower. No kidding! She's more like a dog, since she runs freely around my apartment. She even waits at the outer edge of a carpet close to the door, when she hears me coming (so cute!) Somehow I really like this picture of her and the lamp... spider lamp The text says: "Art is the freedom to frequently take pot lock anew."Well something along those lines. Anyways, enjoy my gallery!

Academy Stuff
Don't get me wrong, I was never at an art school of any kind, however I made my A-Level in it and since we had a very ambitious teacher, I like teasing the good old times with the word "academy". She was a good teacher though *bow in respect*
So anyways these are some things I did for class or even for my A-Level itself.
An here are my own hands, or rather it's just the left one...

Work Stuff
Like some of you might already know I worked for a games company until lately and there's a certain tradition to draw pictures for any apparent reason: Birthdays, lost bets, leaving colleague, game release, votes, etc etc. So I came to make some pictures and I thought I'd give them an own category in good memory.
In our team the 3D artist invented a new tradition, where he gave a dayly vote with topics like:
What would you rather like to have: a.) a time-mashine (without any paradoxon troubles!) b.) a teleporter
I voted for the loosing party, the time-mashine. The loosing party chooses one of their own to draw the vote, in this case it was me:
This is of another vote where he used a popular game calle Cluedo: Who was it?
I can't insert his answers sadly but they involved all kinds of weird things like our PR boss with a rubic-cube in the glass box (which is a codeword for our lounge) Well in the end the HR boss (who always smiles, no matter what) won with his Harvey-puppet (a character from a game our firm made) in the stair way. Well then the same person I had to draw creepily had birthday and everyone was to draw a picture so I drew the royal picture of him. All kinds of royal stuff was going on here in europe and it influenced my pictures essentially, as you can see.
Then a dear friend of mine left the firm and I was asked to draw her fair-well picture where everyone would sign. well she loves pandas, so what can I say... the second picture is a pic of the "Three Bears". Our dear fellow Susi here is the panda, Ronja is the brown bear and I'm the black cat costumed as bear. And then I planned on drawing all of my teammembers as pokemon trainers, since we all like the games very much, but my teammates kept leaving and coming and I had to add and delete people on the picture until I gave up. Well I still got the picture and I had started with the Three Bears-Coalition again so there's a bit done already but... well... I'm not sure I might ever finish it. ...

Story Books and Fairy Tales
Last Christmas I wrote a story book as present, where the world of fairy tales has been shaken and torn to chaos. Now the brave hero has to get into that world to meet the old fairy tale characters, solve their riddles and rhymes to piece the stories back together and get out of there. It was a lot of fun, since I even built small bird cages with a mechanism connected to weight to reveal the newest clues to the next few pages and so on. It was a real blast and I was the fairy godmother of cause to give hints here and there and accompany the hero on his journey.
Well here are some of the pictures out of the book:

Twinkle Star Loving Honey Moon Beaaam!
Something I recall from Sailor Moon: Incredibly long (and rather silly) names for an attack and the impossibleness of Sailor Moons twirling moves whenever she was about to strike. Trust me I tried to copy them... and failed epicly....
Back to my pictures! Two out of three. Sadly the third never got done. In fact I was asked to take part in a fan Anime, drawn by fans for a new Sailor Moon series that was supposed to be shown via YouTube... I declined. Mostly because I didn't want to Focus so much on Sailor Moon and because I would have had to stop drawing anything else since I wouldn't have had enough time. Thank you, but no thank you. Also there were some juristic things that worried me. But that's another Story. The two are in fact mother and daughter. The mother is right. I like her better. though I do like the shading I did with both of them... Actually both have weapons. The daughter having a sling shot with magical powers, looking kind of greek and the mother having a staff with a cresent moon on top for justice.

Fooling-arounds
The first one is the hyper cheesy first-page of a manga that was never planned. I never made anything more than that page either. And don't blame me for the wonderfully inventive title. I was in a silly mood, drew a silly picture and gave it a silly name. End of story.
The second is the exact opposite. Very clean, very cool. It was for a movie-script I did. I just wanted to see my Protagonist so I drew that picture. It's about something called: Code-Leera, a very complex political conspiricy involving national Special Units etc etc.
Then we have the pin up Girl. In fact I drew quite a lot of them. I went back to body-study, proportions, that kind of stuff and trained with drawing pin up Girls. It was fun actually and really helped me a lot. Pin ups have very round shapes while I was alwas trying to draw streight lines, but was in fact better at doing them round-ish. That's when I found out.
And then something that originated at my workplace at a games Company. I had to do some really dry, boring and exhaussting work, something where you have to kick yourself through. And I needed someone to cheer me up. and there he was. Appearing out of my random skribbles. Dogi. I still have the Sheets of that day, all covered with all kinds of Dogis. They are inspired from the smaller Totoro thingies in Hayao Kiyasakis movie My neighbour Totoro.

Happy Halloween!
This is something I drew 1 or 2 years ago for a Story called the four world keys. It's about a young Halloween spirit that likes to experiment and accidentally travels to another parallel world. Well of cause there's a lot more to the whole Thing and there are quite some spooky passages in it. Anyways, These are the three Portals I've written so far.
Noxis Hilmeri
Virana
Well as you can see, Virana is not finished yet. But I havn't finished the Story part either. So I guess it's okay. Again: Happy Halloween to all of you and I hope you have great fun!

Some Story Stuff
Well most of these pictures are related to a Story of mine. First one is one of my very first Long stories. I was so proud when I had reached the mark of 20 pages! Sooo cute! Well in the end I guess it had around 40-50 pages but the Computer broke and messed up the document. Which is why I learned to back up my stuff in Hand notes or on other platforms. It was actually planned to become a Comic.
Everything under the most inventive title of "Japanese Princess"! Awesome, right? Well what can I say. I was Young and naive back then.
I won't upload any of the actual Comic pages. However These were some of the "one Picture" Comic pages to introduce the next chapter and such. They are all really old. Back when I was 15 maybe even older...
So. Other than that we have here these two picuters:
These are two characters from my book "Chasers". No it hasn't been released yet Because it's not finished. That was the second larger Project I ever made and teh first Story with strong plot and Twists etc. So to say the real actual Story. I still like reading through it and I hope I'll finish it one day. It's rather dark and chilly like a Thriller with few Fantasy Highlights. This is what I wrote about those two on my other Webpage: First pic: Lucilia. She's a Werecat and a very nasty one. Not in a sexual way though. She's a criminal and murderer in my story "Chasers" and second of the High-Five. Second Pic: Sally Mains, the doll-like vampire. She's a victim of the High-Five and gets spied on. No one knows what they're up to... *mysterious music*
Funny enough I never drew the actual Heroine with Name Ray. She's a very sportive Girl and belongs to an Organisation who protects "other" beings from sorts like the High-Five and take care that humans don't know about them.
This one is really new actually. My sister went off to Finnland this year so I wrote her some anekdotes of our years together in disguise of two Little rabbits called Snickers and Flopsi. Well she's the one with the red Shirt tehe.

Harry Potter Style
I once wrote a fanfiction of a Young wizard from scotland, who got originally taught on the Phillipins until her parents arranged her return to Hogwarts at the Age around 16. It was really fun coming up, how they would teach her over there and I loved her sister. She's partly the evil in the Story. Well they both come from a high-class Family so Chisa had all kinds of brooms, since she loved flying. She never played Quidditch. These are some sketches of brooms I came up:
And here is her wand. She is an animagus and therefore "disgraces" the Family, concerning her father. Her wand has an engraving where you hold it from a cat. It's made of Unicornhair, Willow, Alabaster, Jade and Silver.
And here she is at the Age of 16-17 years and yes, she is a slytherin. Just not a really bad type. A Little arrogant and proud maybe. But she's quite the good friend if you get to know her:
This is Hide Alice, the younger sister of Chisa. She went to Hogwarts from the start. Chisa liked to wander off when she was younger and later even ran away from her parents so they finally sent her to a School far out of reach. The reason she has to come back to England is mysterious and somehow connected to her sister and the dark things that start to happen.
Other than her sister, Hide is a very complicated and dark minded Girl. When she was a toddler, her cousin dropped a potion onto her so she switches attire from straight, dark hair to curly white according to her mood. She can be icy cruel as well as sneaky playfull all the same. Oh and she hates her sister...
I really like the Story, since I came up with a new Kind of Magic and all that. I never wrote much of it down though. I didn't get much Response on the pages I posted the prologue and after a while I wasn't sure whether I should just hold it back until I had transformed it into one of my own stories. About that Kind of Magic and sorts. Teh Harry Potter gang wasn't to Play a big role in it anyways... well I still havn't decided but the letter is more likely. I wrote quite a lot down. It's one of the thickest idea Folder in my Archiv here at home...

The Devil's Men
A new game that has officially been announced at the E3 in L.A. last week. Lucky me, my boyfriend is the game designer and writer of this game so I knew of it first! Oh yeah! *victory pose*
Anyways we had our first anniversary two weeks ago so I decided to make him the very first fanart of his game. In the Picture we Kind of cosplay the characters of his game. He's Emily and I'm Adelaide. Read more about the game itself here: www.gamezebo.com/2014/06/13/daedalic-announces-devils-men/
It's very roughly drawn. This is what happens if I try to work with gimp on my Little netbook. Luckily my art Computer is starting to recover so I can get on with some stuff.

I wish I could have watched E3 somewhere, but no matter where I looked I couldn't find it playing anywhere. I missed a lot of things they were showing. I only know very little and most of it is things from Nintendo and that's it. I don't mind knowing things about Nintendo, I like Nintendo, its just they are virtually the only ones I know anything about.

Official announcement!
So with this I'll finally declare the JROCK-WITCH Project on ice for now. I'll leave everything up here though because I can't bring myself to put them down everywhere... so this will be the only place where you'll be able to get all that Information about that Project!!!
The new Project is "Voices of Ilya". For several reasons I decided this summer to split WITCH from the JROCK adventures and sat down to create new characters, polish the old ones, invented new Areas and Locations plus an entirely new magical System and so on. If you want to know more about that check out my new account on DA or visit my Website. Or ask me
Sooo this is me. Seriously that's how I look! Often People mistake me for a way younger Age because I laugh and fool around a lot and I guess I just have a Young Aura around me. Not that I despise it but I don't like being taken as 16!!! OoO! Anyways I actually wanted to distance myself a Little from the WITCH drawing style. My first idea was to Change their noses. (may Sound weird but the way Disney drew their noses is very distinctive). It didn't work. I tried it on different Pictures and People but somehow it always looked wrong to me. I guess I've been drawing WITCH for too Long now... I'm still proud of this new Picture and the way the Magic turned out. The sketches on the sketchbook are things I really sketched around with. Wings, magical items, poses and my weird skribbles and words beside them.

RPG Forum Stuff
As some of you might know, I'm participating in some RPG forums. It's a lot of fun especially making the characters and can give one great ideas for own stories. Trying out characters there is really nice too. So I'm more or less supporting a pretty new RPG at the Moment and since I'm sick and can't do all too much and too Long, I quickly made this Picture for the FrontPage of the Website since the admin of the Forum isn't the greatest Artist. It was a lot of fun and I could involve my characters there!
Left is Amy Yu, a 17 year old with long black braided hair. She can jump through book aka teleport through them. Right is her younger brother Liam Yu, a 16year old with short black hair. He can produce cold flames. They don't harm dead objects like hair, books or other objects but plants or living Skin will freeze and get cold burns when in tough. However he can only set flames from his Body. So if he want to light a book to prevent his sister from jumping through it, he only Needs to set his Hand aflame and send the blue fire over to the book. If he wants to burn down a house he has to be on fire completely and truely blazing at that. It's not very easy to use that power if noone's supposed to notice you actually have some...

These are pretty interesting.
They kinda remind of something I wanted to do for the site. To change some icons to decorate the site a little. I wanted to try and be a little creative for each board, but I think I have to use the same replacement for each specific icon for the whole site. But even then I could never find the right size of things.
I tried something like a little Heart of Kandrakar icon, but even it was far too big. Big icons stretch out the pages and makes it really annoying to get to where you want to be.

That's a cute Avatar pic! Yeah it was fun working on some stuff like Icons and small Images for once. Nice and easy work to cool your mind. Plus it look pretty neat on the Website! I'm really proud!
The size for the Icons was a true pain for me too. I made the original Pictures the size they are portrayed here. But of cause that was too big so I scaled them down. At first too much then too Little and so on. I changed it around 5 to 6 times until the size finally fit. Geez really... The open book Icon is for new entries in a thread, the closed one is the usual thread Icon and the one with fire is for threads that are locked and only for admins concerning entries. The key is just another Icon that can be used. We don't know what for yet. Maybe importatnt threads? If something important is posted somewhere...

It all makes me want to go back and try to find the right things to fit for icons here. I don't mind the icons that are here now, its just having something to decorate the site more, to make it more appealing, know what I mean?

She also did a little something extra for their clothes here. It's a small little thing, but I thought it was a nice little addition, the fact that Kaido and Hay Lin both have a dragon on their shirt, the dragon is suppose to be like one big dragon with two heads, One end of Kaido's shirt and the other end on Hay Lin's shirt. I think its a nice little bit of an addition to things.
Its all just about finding the right thing and getting it to the right size. Maybe I'll consider downloading a plug-in for it. I read there someone made a plug-in for Proboards that if downloaded it can enable me to have specific icons per board. Like your section could have its own separate icons and NIkly's can have her own even though they'd generally mean the same thing, they'd be different.

Art StylesA List of all my art styles. More or less. The first is of cause Disney style. The second and third one are not too far apart. Second one is a bit more... mature maybe and the facial features are a bit different. The third one will be my "Voices of Ilya" drawing style, though I'll have to work more on that one. The fourth is a manga/anime style The fifth is a chibi style. I thought, since I'm accepting more and more commissions, and already offer the commissioners to choose a style I might as well make a nice list where you can actually see the different styles and compare them. Makes it easier to choose one.
